Standing upright, for a winner of life – PAOK is #Morethanfootball
Holy Wednesday’s training started a bit differently. With a special guard of honour and misty-eyed applause.
PAOK players formed a ‘pasillo’ to welcome Jesus, a true winner of life. The diminutive fan of the “Double-Headed Eagle” stole the show in a previous event of PAOK Action, when he illuminated Toumba Stadium with his broad smile.
On Holy Wednesday, he came to training, walking, standing upright, since he was able to put on prosthetic legs, partly thanks to PAOK FC’s contribution.
Jesus was introduced to his favourite players and helped Răzvan Lucescu in his speech, as his assistant for the day.
