APOEL FC INCLUDES “CLEAN CYPRUS” IN ITS SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY ACTIONS
APOEL FC is more than just a professional football club. Social responsibility is approached with a specific strategy and planned actions. During the season, We undertake several actions off the pitch, involving not only first team players, but also our academy’s players and fans. Some of the activities are planned directly from us, whilst in others APOEL FC joins as a participant.
Community engagement and environmental awareness were showcased via our participation in the Morethanfootball Action Week. Our academy’s players participated in the 5th Let’s Do It Cyprus “LetsCleanCyprus” action. Players aged 6 to 15 years old, put their gloves on and cleaned the surrounding areas of our Training Center and Makarion Stadium (where our Academy’s teams play every week).
